Fruit Merge

Can you make the Watermelon 🍉?

Use your arrow keys / click D-pad (on a computer) or swipe / tap D-pad (on touch devices) to move the fruits.

When two identical fruits touch, they merge into a bigger fruit!

A new fruit (either a 🍒 Cherry or 🍓 Strawberry) will appear in a random empty spot after each move.

The goal is to merge fruits until you create the mighty Watermelon 🍉. Keep merging to get the highest score possible!

The game ends when there are no empty spots on the grid and no possible merges left.

Want to become a master fruit merger? Here are some strategies:

Corner King: Try to keep your biggest fruit in one corner (e.g., bottom left). Build smaller fruits around it, working towards that corner. This helps prevent your prize fruit from getting trapped.
Strategic Swipes: Don't just swipe randomly. Think about which direction is most beneficial. Often, focusing on only two or three directions can lead to a more organized board.
Chain Reactions: Plan your moves to create chains of merges. This clears up space and can bring similar fruits together.
Think Ahead: Where will new fruits likely appear? How will your current move set you up for future merges?
Patience is Fruity: Fruit Merge can take time. Don't get discouraged if you don't get the Watermelon on your first few tries. Learn from each game!
